30-Day No-Reason Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product (14-day cooling-off period applies for the EU, see below for details).

Return Conditions:

The product must be in new, unused condition.

The original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

All Amberhaus products are covered by a 2-year warranty (starting from the date of purchase). This warranty applies only to items purchased directly from the Amberhaus website (www.amberhaus.co) or the Amazon brand store.
